Our fully equipped modern facility has all the most modern equipment so that nothing is beyond our capabilities to fabricate, test, and finish. For instance, we have CNC controlled traditional manufacturing equipment such as 5 axis milling machines, lathes, drill presses, sand blasting stations, autoclaves, vacuum heat treatment ovens, and a fully equipped composite manufacturing division. We have all the latest AM (additive manufacturing machines for metallic and polymer production) so we can process a wide array of metallic materials including superalloys such as Inconel 718, 625 etc. as well as polymers such as PEKK. All types of polymers can be fabricated with our modern state-of-the-art equipment that includes extrusion & die injection molding. Tooling of all types is regularly fabricated at our facility to very high tolerances. Our facility is extremely efficient utilizing the latest robotics to minimize labor costs to produce the highest quality parts at the least cost. Our fully equipped welding department can weld all materials with all known welding processes. All known finishes can be professionally applied after fabrication including all organic coatings, electroplating etc. because we have the latest tools such as professional paint booths etc. Our sheet metal division can fabricate any sheet metal part in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses with our advanced sheet metal tooling such as plasma cutters, laser cutters, waterjet cutters, punches & dies, press brakes, etc. We also have a fully equipped casting department for production of all types of castings of any material. The types of castings we fabricate include from sand castings to high precision vacuum investment castings followed by HIP (hot isostatic pressing) in order to produce the highest quality aerospace parts. In our testing department high quality tests can be performed to the highest standards of all type from static pull tests to fatigue tests. Finally, our quality control department utilizes the most accurate computer-controlled measuring tools as well as the most modern NDT (nondestructive testing) methods utilizing penetrants, ultrasonic waves, radiography, eddy currents, magnetic particle NDT etc. We can manufacture any product in any quantities desired, at the highest quality, and achieve any desired custom finish to space-age tolerances and perform any tests desired - all at the lowest cost consistently.
